![]() After the longest cold spell for many years, with daytime temperatures well below freezing and a covering of snow for several weeks, we find both our Autumn sown organic German and Roman chamomile crops have survived unharmed under the ice. As the snow melts, the beginnings of this years crops can be seen. looking fit and well. We look forward to a good harvest. If you would like to be involved in the harvest, please see our Open Days. ![]() As well as our planned Open Farm days, we are happy to arrange visits to Inglenook Farm for educational days with talks, guided tours of the essential oil crops & herb garden, laboratory demonstrations (extraction and analyses if essential oils), a visit to the on-farm Distillery and of course our cafe.
